Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at The Amynta Group. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling all incoming calls to our call center, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, resolving issues and providing accurate information in a clear and concise manner.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, escalating issues as necessary.
- Maintain a working knowledge of our client's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Complete various forms and documents as required, utilizing guidelines and customer responses to ensure accuracy.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, utilizing prescribed standards to provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
- Research and respond to customer inquiries in a timely fashion, retrieving information from company systems as necessary.
- Document all customer interactions, communications, and sales in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- 1 year minimum office experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Mastery of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and ability to follow through.
- Ability to read and interpret information.
- High level of maturity to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Strong work ethic and excellent time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people throughout the organization.
- Willingness to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image.
- Willingness to work non-traditional shifts to meet the needs of the team and company.
