We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team at Providence Newberg Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate a safe and secure environment for patients, families, and providers
- Maintain clear communication between patients and healthcare teams
- Assist with patient care activities, including vital sign monitoring and documentation
- Support the bedside RN and charge nurse in maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
- 6 months of healthcare experience
- Coursework or training in medical terminology
