Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Services Specialist to join our Gastroenterology team at The Oregon Clinic. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, managing phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage phone calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and providers
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental goals
  • Develop and maintain a positive and supportive work environment
  • Stay up-to-date with departmental policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of medical front office experience
  • Prior experience with EMR systems preferred
  • EPIC experience a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent attendance and work ethic
  • Positive attitude and desire to be a team player
