About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team at Providence Newberg Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Under the supervision of the bedside RN and charge nurse, you will facilitate a safe and secure environment for patients, families, and providers.
  • You will maintain clear communication between the needs of the patient and the RN and Charge Nurse.
  • You will focus on maintaining a safe, hazard-free, clean environment that facilitates patient-focused care.
Requirements
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
  • Preferred qualifications include coursework or training in medical terminology and 6 months of healthcare experience.
