About This Role

PrideStaff is seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join their team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, coordinating the hiring process, and maintaining accurate payroll records.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in recruitment, payroll, and compliance. They will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hiring Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Payroll Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of paychecks, including collecting and verifying timesheet data and calculating wages.
  • Compliance and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of certifications, licenses, and other relevant documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, payroll, or relevant field.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and regulatory understanding.
