About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Program Coordinator to join our team in the Outpatient Substance Abuse Programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, providing clinical support, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily program operations, including scheduling, staffing, and client assessments.
  • Assist with marketing and coordination of transportation for the Intensive Outpatient Program.
  • Facilitate weekly groups and complete required documentation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and regional territory.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulatory bodies, payer sources, and accreditation organizations.
  • Participate in Performance Quality Improvement processes and strategic planning.
  • Maintain CPR certification and complete required TB testing annually.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in a human services discipline, such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
  • 2 years' experience working with children (including internships or volunteer work).
  • 5 years' experience working with substance abuse/co-occurring disorder clients.
  • Preferred: licensed eligible or fully licensed (LPC, LCSW, LICSW, etc.).

Compensation and Benefits
