Additional Shift Differentials: $1.75/hr for Evenings, $1.50/hr for Nights, $1/hr for Weekends
Department: Skilled Nursing Health Care Center
Brethren Care Village is actively seeking candidates for our Compensated STNA Training Program. This initiative is offered at NO COST to participants and provides employment opportunities across various shifts subject to availability.

- The STNA Sponsored will attend a two-week training course from Monday to Friday during daytime hours, followed by the STNA certification exam.
- The State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) plays a vital role in supporting our mission and values by delivering daily resident care in accordance with established standards and protocols, as directed by the Team Leader, ensuring high-quality nursing services at all times.
- The STNA will work within our 79-bed Health Care Center, providing care to residents in both Long-Term Care and Short-Term Rehabilitation settings.
Position Requirements:
- A work permit is necessary for candidates under 18 years of age.
