Department: Skilled Nursing Health Care Center

Brethren Care Village, situated in Ashland, Ohio, is currently seeking candidates for our Compensated STNA Training Program. This initiative is offered at NO COST to participants and provides job opportunities across various shifts subject to availability.

We are in search of compassionate individuals who are committed to upholding Our Core Values: Compassion, Excellence, Respect, Integrity, Nurturing, and Generosity.

  • The STNA Sponsored participant will engage in a two-week training course from Monday to Friday during daytime hours, followed by the STNA certification examination.
  • The State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) plays a vital role in our mission by delivering daily resident care in accordance with established standards, as directed by the Team Leader, ensuring high-quality nursing services are consistently provided.
  • The STNA will work within our 79-bed Health Care Center, catering to residents in both Long-Term Care and Short-Term Rehabilitation.

Position Requirements:

  • A work permit is necessary for candidates under 18 years of age.
