Audio Visual Sales and Implementation Specialist

**Job Summary**
Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audio Visual Sales and Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Estimate and manage Audio Video systems projects of all types and sizes for K12, Higher Education, and Commercial markets.
- Assist the CAD department in creating bill of materials, floor plans, and line diagrams for submittal approval and installation staff.
- Support local Architects and Engineers with System Design, including product demonstrations and/or offering manufacturer support.
- Create project RFI's, Material Take-Off's, Pricing and Proposal for ongoing public and private projects.
- Be able to support design-build engineering needs.
- Maintain relationships with customers on a continuing basis.
- Be open-minded and able to suggest new products for both existing and new customers.
**Requirements**
- 5+ years of experience with Audio Visual systems.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Audio and Video systems.
- Familiarity of major industry brands and products.
- Industry professionals holding RCDD, CTS, and Manufacturer relevant certifications are preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including but not limited to creating spreadsheets, cost proposal and project bids using software.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Candidate must be able to demonstrate a sense of leadership in negotiations and critical thinking.
- Able to work in a team environment or individually with little direct supervision.
