ROLE SUMMARY: Elveeta Macon - State Farm Agent is in search of a detail-oriented and proactive sales associate to assist our licensed team in attracting and retaining clients. As a vital member of our agency, your commitment to customer relations, meticulous attention to detail, and sales-oriented mindset will prepare you for this dynamic role. Your efforts as a driven professional who excels in a fast-paced environment will create pathways for career growth and increased earnings.
We are eager to integrate your enthusiasm and marketing insights into our team as we strive for collective success. This position will start part-time until the necessary property and casualty licensing is obtained.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain customer relationships, following up as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, which may include scheduling appointments, processing claims, clarifying billing issues, and prospecting small businesses.
- Employ a customer-centric, needs-based review approach to inform clients about insurance options.
- Utilize exceptional communication skills to effectively address customer needs while fostering business growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong dedication to customer service
- Preferred experience in sales (including outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
- Ability to secure a Property and Casualty License
- Ability to obtain a Life/Health License
- Capability to meet mutually established marketing objectives
- Interest in promoting products and services tailored to customer needs
