Position Overview:

Our organization, a leader in the manufacturing sector, is in search of a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Manager to become a permanent member of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives tailored to the unique characteristics and potential of the assigned region.
  • Drive sales of our manufacturing and packaging solutions, consistently achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, initiate development activities, negotiate, and finalize deals.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and their advantages for clients.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, comprehending their needs and delivering customized solutions.
  • Provide precise sales forecasts and territory assessments to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
  • Deliver outstanding post-sales support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors, adjusting sales strategies as necessary.
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for sales personnel, fostering a high-performance sales culture.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business development, territory management, and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, packaging solutions, and equipment.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Customer service-oriented, with the capability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex information effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting sales data and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proficient in sales management software and CRM systems.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the designated territory.
