Cashier/Sales Associate

We're seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team at GPM Investments. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor team in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restrooms, shelves, and display areas.
  • Support the sales floor team in achieving sales goals, including upselling and suggestive selling.
  • Participate in safety and security procedures, including maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Age 21 or older.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Effective communication and math skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
