Customer Support & Technical Expertise

You will serve as the primary technical contact for customers in your territory, providing advanced troubleshooting and facilitating pump repairs to ensure timely and efficient service.

Aftermarket Revenue Growth

You will own the revenue growth for your territory through repairs, spare parts sales, and customer training initiatives, developing and executing a strategic plan to engage customers who have not purchased spare parts for their assets.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

You will establish yourself as a trusted advisor by consistently delivering technical value and ensuring customer satisfaction, building strong, lasting relationships with customers and acting as the liaison between the customer and LEWA's internal technical and service teams.
