Job Summary:

Culligan is seeking a skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product launch plans, managing product positioning and messaging, and analyzing consumer insights to drive innovation pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Launch Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product launch plans, ensuring timely and successful product introductions.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop and maintain product positioning and messaging strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and consumer insights.
  • Consumer Insights and Analysis: Analyze consumer data and insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and portfolio expansion.
  • Pricing and Portfolio Management: Support the development of pricing and portfolio strategies, ensuring alignment with market share and margin targets.
  • Product Communications and Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with product development teams to develop and validate product claims and messaging, and create strategic product toolkits for stakeholders.
  • Digital Asset Management: Own the tactical implementation of product assets, including product names, copy, and imagery across the Culligan consumer product division portfolio.
  • Post-Launch Evaluation: Conduct post-launch evaluation and analysis of product sales performance and marketing activities, recommending improvements and evolution of activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience (4+ years) in brand/product marketing or new product innovation, with responsibility for innovation pipeline, product positioning, and product communications within the consumer goods/durables industry.
  • Ability to synthesize complex product features into compelling and desirable consumer benefits.
  • Experience leveraging consumer insights to develop innovation territories, product positioning, and breakthrough packaging design.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective product launch plans.
  • Ability to manage several projects in parallel, navigating a complex cross-functional matrix.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience analyzing syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI, NPD) and consumer insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
