Your Role:

As a Residential Sales Consultant, you will serve as the main liaison for potential homebuyers. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients throughout the home purchasing journey, delivering outstanding service, and ensuring a smooth transition from the first inquiry to the final closing. You will collaborate closely with our teams in construction, design, and finance to surpass customer expectations.

Qualifications for Success:
  • Preferred: College Degree
  • Helpful: General knowledge of construction
  • Preferred: Experience in production builder sales
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with various departments
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
