- Facility Visits: Conduct regular visits to our facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and high-quality care.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with facility administrators and our consultant team to ensure operational, clinical, and financial standards are met.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure our facilities comply with all relevant regulations and laws.
- Staff Management: Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team of staff members.
- Financial Management: Oversee budget compliance and ensure our facilities operate within budget.
- Travel: Travel to our facilities in southern Massachusetts as needed.
- Nursing Facility Administrator's License: Current license required.
- Experience: 2+ years of multi-facility skilled nursing facility management experience and 5+ years of administrator experience in a skilled nursing facility.
- Knowledge and Skills: Solid knowledge of managed care and high-volume Medicare buildings, healthcare or business degree, and ability to travel as needed.
- Leadership Skills: Proven record of strong financial performance, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance, as well as leadership skills and experience with a team player focus.
