Key Responsibilities- Assess, examine, diagnose, and analyze patient health conditions to develop treatment plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including ordering prescriptions and performing procedures, while adhering to the defined scope of practice.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in quality initiatives, research, education, and policy development to maintain high standards of care.
- Manage patient records, including transcription and coding, to ensure accurate and efficient care.
- Master's Degree in Nursing or Doctorate of Nursing Practice Degree.
- Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program in specialty.
- Montana Licensure (APRN) with Prescriptive Authority.
- Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse).
- DEA License if applicable to practice area.
- National board certification as NP in applicable specialty.
- American Heart Association BLS.
- Two years of Registered Nurse Experience.
- Additional training or certification in relevant specialty.
- 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience in relevant specialty.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize.
- Exercises tact, discretion, sensitivity, and maintains confidentiality.
- Computer applications, MS Office, EMR, internet applications, and standard office equipment.
