Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at One Health. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and promoting physical and mental health in our outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including triage, vital sign collection, and medication reconciliation.
- Document patient data into our Electronic Health Record system, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established standards.
- Collaborate with patients and families to provide education and support, promoting self-care and healthy behaviors.
- Administer medications and vaccines as prescribed by our providers.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements:
- Current license in the State of Montana
- BLS Certification upon hire
- Valid driver's license
- 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in primary care
