Position Overview:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse - Regional Support to provide nursing services across our North Texas region. This is a permanent, full-time role that involves supporting our branches for typically 13-26 weeks, reporting directly to the AVP of Operations. The RN will undertake temporary assignments in branches experiencing staff shortages, increased patient census, or when additional staffing is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care services to hospice patients while offering support to their families.
- Oversee an interdisciplinary team that includes Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and other support personnel to enhance the quality of hospice care.
- Manage and maintain all clinical records for assigned patients.
Candidate Profile:
- Current Registered Nurse license to practice in the relevant state.
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in oncology, long-term care, hospice, or home health; internships and clinical hours may be considered in certain cases.
- Demonstrates compassion, kindness, and empathy towards patients and their families.
