The Regional Recruiter at GardaWorld Security Services will lead vital Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attract, identify, recruit, and place exceptional talent at GardaWorld Security Services locations within the designated area.
  • Partner with recruitment managers to develop effective strategies for sourcing top candidates and meeting ongoing hiring demands.
  • Utilize innovative recruitment techniques, including outreach calls, online research, database searches, social media, and other methods to secure the best candidates for each position.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Talent Leader to design and implement recruitment plans, focusing on critical roles and building pre-screened talent pools.
  • Efficiently manage and track candidates within the recruitment software, IBM Kenexa Brassring.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills and maintain positive relationships with internal clients, external partners, colleagues, team members, and candidates.
  • Gather insights on competitors, industry trends, and job market conditions to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Perform additional recruitment, sourcing, advertising, and retention tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in staffing or high-volume recruitment is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must successfully complete a comprehensive vetting process.
