Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in the drive-thru by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Accurately and efficiently take and process customer orders, ensuring satisfaction with their dining experience.
  • Deliver 'to go' food to vehicles in the parking area.
  • Assist the front of house team as needed with various front of house tasks, including cashiering and food preparation.
Qualifications:
  • No experience required.
  • No college experience required, High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Obtain Serv-Safe certification upon hire.
  • Driver's License and Reliable Transportation.
  • Adhere to our dress code, including no visible piercings or tattoos.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Adaptable, dependable, and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions and standing for up to 8 hours.
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds and have confident money handling skills.
