About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Manager to join our team at Jenkins Auto Group Corporate. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle difficult client issues in sales and/or service, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate manufacturer, customer appreciation, and other events throughout the year.
  • Serve as a customer relations representative in offsite events as needed.
  • Monitor client feedback and develop strategies to implement best practices.
  • Communicate with management to share data and develop solutions.
  • Assist with coaching staff on customer service best practices.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and social media comments.
  • Provide monthly content for customer e-newsletters.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
