Job Summary

Under the direction of the PPG leader, we are seeking a Support Professional for Physician Practice to ensure quality care in our medical office. This role will conduct professional patient interactions by obtaining demographic and financial information, greet and process patients in an efficient, friendly, accurate and timely manner, and be responsible for the delivery of quality performance and service excellence.

Requirements

  • Must be a high school graduate or equivalent with GED.
  • Medical terminology and/or coding experience preferred.
  • Must have two years clerical experience, physician office experience preferred.
  • Must have experience working with computers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of general computer skills and applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently using critical thinking skills.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
