Mental Health Technician Job Description

At Northeastern Center, Inc., we are committed to providing exceptional mental health services to our community. As a Mental Health Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the implementation of individualized recovery plans, focusing on skill acquisition and skill building.
  • Provide training in activities of daily living (ADL) as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Deliver services in individual, group, or milieu settings, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Collaborate with clients to set and achieve goals, promoting empowerment and self-sufficiency.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years' experience in mental health or community services preferred.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license.
