Job Summary

The EMR System Support Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our electronic medical record system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining the integrity of the system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to end-users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve EMR system issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain the functionality and integrity of the EMR system
  • Perform electronic health record end-user support, system training, and workflow improvement
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement projects
  • Document system issues and resolutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, healthcare, or a related field
  • At least three years of equivalent work experience
  • Experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and ICD-10 codes
  • Solid oral and written communication skills
Work Environment

First shift, full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
