Mental Health Technician Job Description

At Northeastern Center, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Mental Health Technician to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Mental Health Technician, you will play a vital role in providing training and support to individuals in need of mental health services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training in activities of daily living (ADL) to individuals in a group or milieu setting.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized recovery plans.
  • Provide skill acquisition and skill building support to individuals.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure a cohesive and effective service delivery model.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years' experience in mental health or community services preferred.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license.
Work Environment:

First shift, full-time position, Monday through Friday, with no holidays or weekends.
