About the Job

As an Sales and Customer Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer account management efforts to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet sales quotas.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare reports on account status to inform business decisions.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.

Estimated Salary:$90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
