Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker II to provide emotional support, crisis intervention, and counseling services to patients and their families. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Social Work, an active Master Social Worker license in the State of Nevada, and at least one year of experience in inpatient or outpatient mental health care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support and crisis intervention services to patients and their families
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning
  • Complete necessary documentation and maintain accurate clinical records
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Social Work field
  • Active Master Social Worker license in the State of Nevada
  • Minimum one year of experience in inpatient or outpatient mental health care
