We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Worker I/II to join our team at Clark County. You will develop and implement service plans to address these needs, and provide basic intervention and client and family counseling as required.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct casework interviews with clients, family members, service providers, employers, and others to determine the social, economic, and physical needs of clients.
- Develop and implement service plans to address the identified needs of clients.
- Provide basic intervention and client and family counseling as required.
- Prepare complete and accurate case notes and written correspondence, such as reports and summaries.
- Explain agency and program rules, regulations, and procedures to clients and assist them in completing required forms and gathering necessary documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Two years of full-time professional level casework experience in a social service agency (for Social Worker II position).
- Valid Nevada Class C Driver's License.
- Valid license as a Social Worker in the State of Nevada.
