Job Title: Social Worker I/II

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Worker I/II to join our team at Clark County. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and services to our clients, helping them navigate complex social and economic challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct casework interviews with clients and their family members to assess their needs and develop service plans.
  • Identify and connect clients with community resources and services to support their well-being.
  • Provide counseling and support to clients, helping them to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and effective case management.
  • Document case notes and prepare reports to track client progress and service outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Two years of full-time professional experience in casework, preferably in a social service agency.
  • Valid Nevada Social Worker license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
