  • Contribute to the completion of essential billing tasks prior to established deadlines, ensuring seamless workflow and timely invoicing.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to investigate escalations and provide timely responses within the required timeframe (3-5 days).
  • Assist crews with any questions or routing needs, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Manage document flow by sorting and distributing important documents to various internal departments, such as Fleet, HR, and IT.
  • Perform accurate data entry for new work orders and ensure their completion for invoicing, maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Excel to create, format, and update ongoing spreadsheets for utility companies.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of experience in a clerical or administrative role
  • Proficiency in billing software applications
  • Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities effectively to meet strict deadlines
  • Adaptability to changing demands, delays, and unexpected situations
  • Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Proven track record of reliability and dependability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with all customers (internal/external)
