Position Overview:

We are in search of a Client Operations Coordinator who will play a crucial role in ensuring VuMedi remains the top digital resource for healthcare providers striving to enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently upload and publish content on the VuMedi platform, adhering to customer specifications and collaborating with the Customer Success team.
  • Streamline the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) submission process, from initial package preparation to system documentation for review.
  • Generate and distribute data reports for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and oversee promotional strategies in collaboration with industry partners, including email campaigns and on-site promotions.
  • Engage daily with Customer Success and Client Operations teams through virtual meetings and email communication.
  • Work closely with internal teams to meet customer objectives and requirements.
  • Serve as the primary resource for internal VuMedi systems.
  • Identify and implement strategies to enhance VuMedi's operational methodologies for improved efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

  • Exceptional time management capabilities.
  • Strong operational skills with a technical aptitude.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for task completion and process adherence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Eager to learn new software tools such as WorkFront, Google Ad Manager, and JIRA.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with web conferencing platforms.
  • Experience with WorkFront and Google Ad Manager.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively.
  • Background in promotional activities.
