Position Summary:

The Retail Supervisor is tasked with ensuring exceptional customer service in alignment with company standards, driving sales, managing inventory, and protecting company assets. This role acts as the lead for the store department, ensuring optimal inventory levels are maintained.

Position Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range: $24.26 / hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time
  • Skill Level: Advanced

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and uphold a high standard of customer service.
  • Oversee the opening and closing of the store.
  • Analyze sales trends and develop strategies for growth.
  • Manage retail and rental inventory to meet or exceed targets.
  • Enforce cash handling and loss prevention policies.
  • Lead the sales floor team and oversee the rental process.
  • Mentor and train the sales team with effective communication.
  • Deliver outstanding service to all customers.
  • Ensure accurate pricing and promotion visibility.
  • Restock merchandise on shelves, counters, or tables.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • Prior retail sales experience is required.
  • Experience in the snow sports industry is preferred.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of products and industry trends.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The expected pay range is $24.26. This reflects the anticipated compensation for this role, with individual pay determined by various factors.
