Key Responsibilities
">- Provide critical support to various departments, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Answer, screen, and route telephone calls.
- Greet and badge visitors and guests.
- Schedule meetings and reserve conference rooms in Microsoft Outlook.
- Process vendor payments, requisitions, and other electronic forms as needed.
- Review and process catering requests.
- Procure office supplies, equipment, and related facility needs.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain filing systems to safeguard complete and accurate records.
- Distribute mail.
Requirements
">- High school diploma with 2+ years of experience, or Associate's degree with no experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a security clearance.
Salary and Benefits
