Job Overview

Are you fluent in Spanish and English? We're seeking a talented Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. As a bilingual sales professional, you'll play a key role in creating meaningful connections with customers and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options and provide personalized sales expertise.
  • Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, to meet customer needs.
  • Participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving technology and customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of $15.43-$18.80, plus up to $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met.
  • Uncapped commission opportunities, with top sellers earning up to $62,460 per year.

Requirements:
  • Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required.
