Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Line Cook Supervisor to join our team at House of Blues. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for supervising line cooks, preparing delicious entrees, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead line cooks to ensure efficient service and high-quality food preparation
  • Check inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen
  • Prepare ingredients and dishes according to recipe instructions and presentation standards
  • Plate and garnish dishes for presentation to guests
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of kitchen management experience in high-volume restaurants or equivalent education
  • Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to supervise and motivate team members

Work Environment:

Our kitchen is a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Line Cook Supervisor, you will be required to work in a loud and busy environment, with occasional exposure to extreme temperatures and travel to work events as needed.
