Location Description

Hopkins, MN is home to our corporate headquarters, offering a unique blend of natural surroundings and suburban convenience. Our office is located in the Excelsior Crossing building, providing a beautiful and relaxing environment for outdoor meetings and walks.

Responsibilities

The Financial Analyst I is responsible for assisting in pricing and revenue analysis for the Commercial business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and analyzing pricing and financial measures for specific customer groups.
  • Facilitating the preparation and administration of financial agreements and commitments.
  • Supporting the intake and maintenance of customer or supplier contracts, profiles, and data.
  • Performing general accounting duties, including journal entries, account reconciliation, and customer reconciliation.
  • Preparing monthly reporting and ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • Assisting with month-end variance analysis to identify key drivers impacting sales volumes and revenue.
  • Monitoring and ensuring business process and customer program compliance.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with demonstrated skills in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP solutions, preferably SAP.
