Robert Half is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Analyst for a dynamic equipment finance provider. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Accounting Department and assisting in month-end and year-end close processes. This role offers a competitive salary of up to $110k annually along with benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Accounting Department in daily operations, ensuring accurate completion of accounting tasks.

Assist in month-end close, quarterly compliance audits, year-end close, and annual sales and use tax audits.

Prepare monthly general ledger reconciliations and key reports.

Manage cash flow from multiple funding and collection bank accounts.

Act as a liaison between the Accounting and other internal teams.

Maintain accuracy of the corporate expense platform, loan management system, and subsidiary ledgers.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

CPA preferred.

4-8 years of progressive experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably in the financial services sector.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of accounting software, preferably Sage Intacct.

Familiarity with the Aspire loan management system.

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and motivation for personal growth.
