Key Responsibilities

As a Cash Application Specialist, your role will encompass:

  • Welcoming members with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Fostering personal relationships with members to enhance their experience.
  • Timely reporting of any issues or concerns.
  • Maintaining an organized and pristine club environment.
  • Anticipating the needs of guests and members, providing clear guidance and accurate information.
Sales and Membership Duties

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Conducting club tours as part of the Guest to Member Journey.
  • Facilitating membership sales and upgrades.
  • Booking personal training consultations and signing members up for personal training services.
Operational Excellence

To uphold VASA's high standards, you will:

  • Adhere to guest and member check-in protocols.
  • Complete daily cleaning tasks and conduct hourly club inspections.
  • Restock merchandise and manage REVIVE sales transactions.
