Position Overview

Life Care Services is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Marketing and Sales Executive to elevate our esteemed senior living community. This role is pivotal in driving our mission forward, ensuring we maintain our reputation for excellence in customer satisfaction and workplace culture. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing comprehensive marketing and sales initiatives to achieve optimal occupancy and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive occupancy and revenue growth by meeting or exceeding budgeted occupancy goals.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, including handling inquiries, conducting tours, and managing follow-up communications. Ensure that all staff involved in the inquiry process are well-prepared and informed.
  • Collaborate with the management team to devise and implement innovative strategies and a 90-day action plan aimed at boosting qualified inquiries and sales, which may encompass:
    • Community Engagement Events
    • Informative Workshops
    • Professional Networking Opportunities
    • Advertising Campaigns
    • Public Relations Efforts
  • Prepare and present weekly marketing reports detailing inquiries, tours, move-ins, move-outs, and outreach activities.
  • Document all inquiries in the lead management system within 48 hours to ensure thorough tracking and follow-up.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in marketing and sales, with a strong understanding of the senior living sector.
  • Previous management experience is advantageous.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus of $3,000 after completing six months of service.
