About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to join our team at NFP, an Aon Company. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients to design, implement, and manage their employer-sponsored benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute client strategic plans and defined deliverables
  • Negotiate terms, conditions, coverage limits, and pricing with carriers and vendors
  • Maintain and execute project plans to ensure timely delivery of client deliverables
  • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with clients and carriers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory issues, and legislative guidelines
Requirements
  • 8+ years of health and welfare consulting experience
  • Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License required
  • GBA or CEBS Certification a plus
