About the Role

Festival Foods is seeking a skilled Grocery Stocker to join our team in a 3rd shift role. As a key member of our grocery department, you will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, executing the boomerang theory by providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a clean and tidy sales floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain stock levels in the grocery department by replenishing products as needed.
  • Provide customer service to guests, including answering questions and assisting with finding items.
  • Assist guests with supplying them with the items they need from the department.
  • Stocking and maintaining product levels, including rotating stock using the first-in-first-out method.
  • Fill all items on display and ensure the sales floor is clean and tidy.
  • Assist other department associates with daily responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers and all personnel.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Complete understanding of all safety requirements and company safety policies.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
