Job Summary

We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead our water/wastewater pipeline, reservoir, pump station, and infrastructure projects. As a technical authority, you'll be responsible for planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of these complex projects, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish project teams and schedules, and assign responsibilities
  • Develop project design criteria, schematics, and methods
  • Perform or oversee process design sizing and hydraulic calculations
  • Prepare preliminary design and engineering reports
  • Determine and write engineering specifications
  • Oversee the production of design drawings
  • Develop and execute QA/QC plans
  • Mentor less experienced Project Managers and Junior Engineers
  • Supervise large project staffs
Requirements
  • BS Engineering degree, preferably in Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical
  • California PE license with 5+ years of experience in project engineering and management
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in water/wastewater treatment systems planning and design
  • Proven project leadership, management, and mentoring skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Software knowledge: Microsoft Office, Excel, Microsoft Project, basic AutoCAD
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS Engineering degree
  • Existing relationships with large water clients in the Los Angeles area
