Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Wastewater Engineer to join our team in Northern California. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing technical treatment strategies, selecting treatment processes, and delivering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wastewater treatment, project management, and client development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technical treatment strategies
  • Select and design treatment processes
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Support proposal development and client presentations
  • Collaborate with internal technical specialists and clients
  • Manage projects to meet client expectations and quality requirements
  • Perform planning, studies, design, and support of projects
  • Evaluate project progress and recommend changes

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in wastewater treatment and project management
  • Strong background in water and wastewater treatment facilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) License in California
