Your primary goal will be to provide proactive, personalized service to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. This will involve arranging services such as hotel, catering, and ground transportation, as well as coordinating aircraft services like fuel and hangar storage.

You will also be responsible for inputting trip data into our scheduling software and updating customer information in our database as necessary. Effective communication is crucial in this role, and you will need to be able to communicate clearly and professionally via air-to-ground radio, ground-to-ground radio, and other forms of communication.

In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you will also be responsible for educating customers on available services, promotions, and programs. You will process customer invoices and answer customer questions and resolve issues as necessary.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Modern Aviation, and it is essential that you are able to build and establish strong relationships with our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining the lobby appearance and keeping snack and beverage supplies stocked.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Deliver proactive, personalized service to private and corporate aviation clientele
* Arrange services such as hotel, catering, and ground transportation
* Coordinate aircraft services like fuel and hangar storage

**Requirements:**

* 18 years of age
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products
* Ability to make fast decisions using judgment consistent with company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations
* Negotiation and sales skills
* Reliable multitasking skills
* Valid driver's license

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Previous customer service experience
* Basic knowledge of various aircraft types and servicing

**Work Environment:**

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers. This position requires various tasks performed in all types of weather conditions.

**Travel:**

This position requires no travel

**Physical Requirements:**

Physically able to perform frequent walking, sitting, stooping, stretching, bending, reaching, and grasping actions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee may be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions including extreme heat and cold. The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud. May be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
