Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Modern Aviation. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our private and corporate aviation clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Proactive Service: Deliver personalized service to our clients, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Coordinate Services: Arrange services including hotel, catering, and ground transportation, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Manage Aircraft Services: Coordinate fuel and hangar storage, as well as other aircraft-related services, to meet our clients' needs.
  • Process Invoices: Accurately process customer invoices, ensuring timely and efficient payment processing.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, using various forms of communication, including air-to-ground radio and ground-to-ground radio.
  • Educate Clients: Educate clients on available services, promotions, and programs, ensuring they are aware of all options and benefits.
  • Build Relationships: Build and establish relationships with local service providers, including hotels, rental car companies, and restaurants, to enhance our clients' experience.
  • Maintain Lobby Appearance: Ensure the lobby area is clean, well-maintained, and stocked with snacks and beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
  • Flight Tracking: Monitor flight schedules and track client movements, ensuring timely services and seamless execution.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills: Have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Decision-Making Skills: Demonstrate the ability to make fast decisions, using judgment consistent with company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Negotiation and Sales Skills: Possess negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and close deals.
  • Reliable Multitasking Skills: Demonstrate reliable multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Have previous customer service experience, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Basic Knowledge of Aircraft: Possess basic knowledge of various aircraft types and servicing, with a preference for experience in the FBO sector.

Work Environment
