Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our store team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction through effective store operations and team management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including food safety and handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, merchandising, and logistics, to drive business results and improve store operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum three years of single-unit management experience in retail and/or food and beverage industries.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
