Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our site operations and ensure the successful delivery of our construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of commercial construction principles, techniques, and procedures, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site operations, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including owners, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Manage and train project teams, including project engineers and coordinators.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of commercial construction principles, techniques, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
