Job Title: Project Manager

PIC Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful completion of large-scale energy-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope and objectives, and develop detailed project schedules and work plans.
  • Manage resources, including personnel and contractors, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, and track costs to ensure they align with project objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and maintenance, to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in the energy or industrial sector.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
  • Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours each day.
  • Must be able to pass a respirator fit test.
  • Must meet and maintain the physical requirements to pass a DOT physical.
