Job Title: Blood Collection Specialist

About the Role:

As a Blood Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting blood donations from volunteer donors. You will work closely with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient process, from setting up equipment to transporting and storing blood samples. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect blood donations from volunteer donors
  • Set up and operate blood collection equipment
  • Transport and store blood samples
  • Provide excellent customer service to donors and colleagues
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills
  • A current, valid driver's license with good driving record
  • DOT certification may be required in some locations
